4. Many international contracts, not only those between companies but even with a govt as one of the parties, often specify that in the event of a dispute, that the adjudication be settled in a British court. After my case, I think not.

Dear Eminences,
1. I write to you all on the presumption that British justice is reasonably trustable, that unlike in most parts of this planet we have made home mostly through our intellects and courage, I will find same amongst you.
2. I want to sue the British Department of Education and the London School of Economics for deliberately falsifying my son's examination grades, that is, his A Level grades in the first instance, and his Masters examination grades in the second, this latter being just a week ago and he is about to receive his Masters degree from LSE, with a Merit instead of the Distinction which he undoubtedly scored, possibly even Best Masters Student for LSE 2010.
3. I can prove all these. So, do please honour me by reading everything through and drawing the obvious conclusions, of which there can be no doubt.
4. However, suing the Department of Education and the London School of Economics, while a straightforward, cut and dried case, means suing by implication, the US Govt, the UK Govt [at least under Tony BLAIR] and my own country Singapore Govt. These are rich and powerful entities with the power to distort reality and bend even the stoutest legal minds with the most fortitude.
5. I would therefore like to engage the services of a law firm on this basis: that the law firm pocket every penny in damages won from my lawsuit against the said parties but whom I will not pay a single penny if my law firm loses. This is my insurance against my law firm deliberately losing, either being intimidated or bribed by these powerful entities.
6. It is my hope that some of you I am emailing to will take the case. Indeed, it is a case on which a great legal reputation will be made, not to mention the rich damages to be pocketed. If you will not take my case, please direct me to some law firms who will do me and my son justice. [Below is copy & paste of my Instant Messaging conversation with my son last night. He was dealt another blow by his university, the London School of Economics, who falsified his exam grades lower, in yet another of such grade falsifications that the Americans, British and of course, LIE KY, have been doing to him in his school career. The first photo above is that of my son's academic award plaques, 5 awards in 4 years of secondary school in Anglo-Chinese [Independent], including 9 A1s for O Levels and Top Student for Year 2000 in the Gifted Education Programme [GEP]. In his first degree at LSE [his recent result is for his Masters], he scored near full marks for all his subjects in all years, except for 1st Year Economics in which too many questions were set to insufficient time, so many students did not have enough time to answer all the questions, like my son. His grades for 1st Degree [First Class Honours with Outstanding Merit] are:
Elementary Statistical Theory: 100 marks, Grade 1
Mathematical Methods: 90 marks, Grade 1
Elements of Accounting & Finance: 81 marks, Grade 1
Economics B: 66 marks, Grade 2A
Thus, having been a top student all his career, he could not have dropped to Merit instead of Distinction in this, his Masters degree exams, in which he 'scored only' 73, 70, 66, 63 to 'miss' Distinction by a few marks. LSE deliberately marked him down just below Distinction, because it is impossible and unbelievable that he could fail or get less than Distinction, just like LIE KY falsified my son's PSLE grades so he could not enter Raffles Institution, the premier secondary school, which produces Singapore's leaders and elites. So my son had to enter ACS [I] GEP instead. When my son did his National Service, his grades and excellent performance should have seen him in Officer Cadet School but he was made a truck driver instead. Never mind, LSE cheated, like LEE Kuan Yew with your PSLE to prevent you getting into RI GEP, so you had to settle for ACS. Then Tony BLAIR did LKY another favour by marking your A Levels Chinese and English into B when they should be As. Then asked Oxford and Cambridge to refuse you admission. All these part of the American-driven campaign against me but also against my entire families.

distinction, merit, pass. i got 73, 70, 66, 63 for my papers. only need 3 distinction grades (70) to get a distinction, so i missed it by 4 marks at the closest, 7 marks at the furthest. alternative distinction award method is aggregate of 280, which i missed by 8 marks. so, i'm pretty close/far depending on how you look at it

Why not ask to see how your papers were marked? Or ask for a remark? Mom's colleaque, a Briton, did just that for his daughter and her remarked papers were marked higher and she got the results she wanted. Fight for it.
