The Proofs, and my Case, are in the undeniable PATTERN:
1. When my son was 12 and took his Primary School Leaving Examination in the premier Nanyang Primary School and obtained disappointing results, I knew instantly his grades were falsified to prevent him entering the premier Raffles Institution Secondary School Gifted Education Programme [GEP], home to future leaders and elites. So he had to enter the Anglo-Chinese [Independent] Secondary School GEP instead. I was then in the midst of trying pathetically and unsuccessfully 'fighting' the govts of LEE Kuan Yew and the Americans, who did and are still, doing ANYTHING THEY FEEL LIKE, and my only defence being to email and blog about it afterward.
2. After obtaining 9A1s in his O Levels, my son studied in Britain for his A Levels. Again, his grades in English and Chinese were falsified from As to Bs. This is because I had long criticised LEE Kuan Yew's Bilingualism Policy as merely producing Singaporeans who are, in my words, "half past six in English and half past six in Chinese", so LEE Kuan Yew, Tony BLAIR [then PM of Britain] and BUSH falsified my son's English and Chinese grades for my remark and, as in the entire 17-year-long campaign, for a lark.
3. After his A Levels, my son returned to serve his National Service [NS]. His O and A Levels grades being excellent, besides his excellent performance in Basic Military Training [BMT] including the difficult Obstacle Course, which not many recruits pass but which he did, he was an obvious candidate for Officer Cadet School. Instead, he was made a truck driver. This is all the more anomalous because most GEPs end up as officers and high officers [my son's GEP was the best 0.7% of his birth cohort; subsequent GEPs took in the best 1% and my son topped his GEP classes, too, so was a Best of the Best].
4. After NS, he applied to Oxford and Cambridge and was turned down by both despite the fact that my son, in casual conversation one day [he has a low regard for me and seldom talks to me, thanks to the vicious campaign against me that began when he was in kindergarten, so he never got to know the real me, one of the most grievous results of this most vicious campaign], telling me that one of his classmates, WITH FAR WORSE RESULTS THAN HIS, WAS ACCEPTED INTO CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY. Then, when my son, and us, his parents, were resigned and prepared for him to study in the local National University of Singapore [NUS], the British and the Americans, wanting to keep him in Britain so the Game could continue on British soil, relented and let him into the London School of Economics [LSE], purely for Gaming purposes.
5. Now, LSE falsifies his Masters exam grades, apparently and ostensibly, for him lifting some text from somewhere, as the innuendos seem to say. How serious this is, nobody knows. This lifting of text could be as innocent as laziness to rework and paraphrase the points and it is probably standard practice among all students. Since nobody knows exactly what happened and how serious this is alleged to be, we have only the proven liars and criminals words for it. Politicians can lie, spin and turn Truth upside down, as we all know. The lifting of text, probably in his Essay, was probably minor but falsification of his exam marks, his exam taken under strict conditions, is criminal misconduct, plain and simple. My son is such a brilliant student he would most likely have been Top Student and the alleged lifting of text would in no way have improved his results.
6. Since he was a little boy, he had been attacked with stomach pains, nose bleedings, blocked nose requiring Fedac tablets to breathe properly, throat infections, virulent flu placed into his food and water, including his army camp water bottle, with carefully lab-cultivated flu viruses, and at least one occasion of head-spinning vertigo attack like often done to me in the early stages of this 17-year-long vicious, criminal campaign against me, these vertigo attacks now stopped because they got tired of this and it is no longer clever or novel. There may be other attacks on my son I am unaware of since he does not know he is being attacked and so does not report all his ailments to me.
7. My little niece was attacked since she was a toddler. In Primary School, she was sometimes attacked with constipation so bad she cried, asking me to fetch her home. She is often attacked, like me, with acute and vicious flu viruses, carefully lab-cultured to be most virulent. She is also often attacked with throat infections [a lesser but no less serious criminal attack] when LEE Kuan Yew and the Americans understand that her coming to my flat with a virulent flu MAY INFECT AND MAYBE EVEN KILL, my 81-year-old mother in law.
8. As for me, the list of flu and other physical attacks will fill a book. Once a flu was so bad I could not talk, so could not talk to relatives at my fathers' funeral wake. The doctor warned it could turn into pneumonia, which would be serious. My properties, mostly household appliances and my wife's car have been vandalised so often the damage and repairs come to some S$18,000 already over the last 17 years. I have reported some of these physical, mental and vandalism attacks in soc.culture.singapore and in my mass emails to ~50 recipients.
9. Evil is its own reason and politicians are experts at painting their enemies black and themselves as blameless. Please read the rest of this email to understand how Evil can manifest itself. Although these articles refer to Americans, they hold true for other whites especially LEE Kuan Yew, who, in nature, is a White Man and just as vicious. Thank you.
"TRIAL BY MEDIA" IS BAD ENOUGH, BUT I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT TRIAL BY POLITICIANS IS UNIMAGINABLY MUCH, MUCH, WORSE.

Subject: Why it happened to me and not a Chinese in another country and least of all, to a white man
RH: If I was a Chinese in China, all these 16 years and ongoing persecution would not have happened, right? The Americans and their President and Congress would not have dared, right? After all, that would have ignited a firestorm of fury in China. Similarly in Taiwan and Hongkong. It is only in Uniquely Singapore that all these could happen. Singapore is not only an English-speaking country and therefore most of its denizens look up to the US, UK and all White Countries, but it is also ruled by the Biggest Prostitute to America that ever was. LIE KY usurped power in 1959 with the help of the British and the Americans, so became a loyal UK and US puppet, proving so adept in his cock-sucking of the whites that he was recently honoured by no less than 3 American Presidents. With LIE KY total stranglehold over every aspect of work and life in Singapore, he imposed a persecution campaign of me and my family unseen and unequalled in the history of the human race, in its viciousness and unbridled abuse of governmental power. All I have are my words, which are often blocked -- initially, my typewriter and fax machine were repeatedly vandalised to prevent me faxing suggestions to Dr CHEE Soon Juan, then of Bukit Gombak Town Council. Later, when I had a pc, it was and still is, repeatedly hacked, sometimes into unuseability. Even protest words are not tolerated while they daily violate my privacy and that of my entire families -- worse, even inflicting daily physical and mental light torture like constipation like I am suffering now, almost every day, as well as daily/nightly sleep disturbance often crossing into actual sleep deprivation. Yes, all these would not have happened to a China, Taiwan or Hongkong Chinese, only to a Singapore Chinese. For proofs aplenty of how and why the Americans and other whites hate Chinese and Asians, read the articles following:--
http://www.asian-nation.org/racism.shtml
Ever since the first Asians arrived in America, there has been anti-Asian racism. This includes prejudice and acts of discrimination. For more than 200 years, Asian Americans have been denied equal rights, subjected to harassment and hostility, had their rights revoked and imprisoned for no justifiable reason, physically attacked, and murdered.
Ethnic Competition Leads to Violence
As the section on Asian American history discussed, numerous acts of discrimination against Chinese immigrants culminated in the Chinese Exclusion Act of 1882. For the first and so far only time in American history, an entire ethnic group was singled out and forbidden to step foot on American soil. Although this was not the first such anti-Asian incident, it symbolizes the legacy of racism directed against our community.
It was followed by numerous denials of justice against Chinese and Japanese immigrants seeking to claim equal treatment to land ownership, citizenship, and other rights in state and federal court in the early 1900s. Many times, Asians were not even allowed to testify in court. Perhaps the most infamous episode of anti-Asian racism was the unjustified imprisonment of Japanese Americans during World War II -- done solely on the basis of their ethnic ancestry.
One may think that as the Asian American population becomes larger and more integrated into the mainstream American social and political institutions that incidents of anti-Asian racism would occur less often. In fact, the opposite has been true. The last 20 years or so has seen Asian Americans become the fastest-growing targets for hate crimes and violence.
It seems that whenever there are problems in American society, political or economic, there always seems to be the need for a scapegoat -- someone or a group of people who is/are singled out, unjustifiably blamed, and targeted with severe hostility. Combined with the cultural stereotype of Asian Americans as quiet, weak, and powerless, more and more Asian Americans are victimized, solely on the basis of being an Asian American.
License to Commit Murder = $3,700
Perhaps the most graphic and shocking incident that illustrates this process was the murder of Vincent Chin in 1982. Vincent was beaten to death by two White men (Ronald Ebens and Michael Nitz) who called him a "jap" (even though he was Chinese American) and blamed him and Japanese automakers for the current recession and the fact that they were about to lose their jobs. After a brief scuffle inside a local bar/night club, Vincent tried to run for his life until he was cornered nearby, held down by Nitz while Ebens repeatedly smashed his skull and bludgeoned him to death with a baseball bat.
The equally tragic part of this murder were how Vincent's murderers were handled by the criminal justice system. First, instead of being put on trial for second degree murder (intentionally killing someone but without premeditation), the prosecutor instead negotiated a plea bargain for reduced charges of manslaughter (accidentally killing someone). Second, the judge in the case sentenced each man to only two years probation and a $3,700 fine -- absolutely no jail time at all.
The judge defended these sentences by stating that his job was to fit the punishment not just to the crime, but also to the perpetrators. In this case, as he argued, both Ebens and Nitz had no prior criminal record and were both employed at the time of the incident. Therefore, the judge reasoned that neither man represented a threat to society. However, others had a different interpretation of the light sentences. They argued that what the judge was basically saying was that as long as you have no prior criminal record and have a job, you could buy a license to commit murder for $3,700.
This verdict and sentence outraged the entire Asian American community in the Detroit area and all around the country. Soon, several organizations formed a multi-racial coalition to demand justice for the murder of Vincent Chin. They persuaded the U.S. Justice Department to charge the two men with violating Vincent Chin's civil rights. They organized rallies and protests, circulated petitions, and kept the issue in the media spotlight. As one Asian American pointed out, "You can kill a dog and get 30 days in jail, 90 days for a traffic ticket."
In a second trial, the Justice Department convicted Ebens (the one who actually swung the bat) of violating Vincent's civil rights and he was sentenced to 25 years in prison. Nitz (the one who held Vincent down) was acquitted. However, these verdicts were thrown out on appeal due to a technicality and a new trial was ordered by a federal appeals court. However, because of "overwhelming publicity" about the case, the new trial was moved all the way to Cincinnati, Ohio.
At this retrial, whose jury consisted almost entirely of White blue-collar men, both men were acquitted of all charges. Mrs. Chin did manage to win a civil suit against Ebens and Nitz for $1.5 million but has seen very little of that money, since Ebens stopped making payments in 1989 and whose whereabouts are currently unknown. To this day, neither man expressed any remorse for their actions and neither has served any jail time for murdering Vincent Chin. Mrs. Chin eventually became so distraught over these incidents of injustice that she left the U.S. and moved back to China.
As many scholars argue, the events surrounding Vincent Chin's murder and the acquittal of his killer sadly represents another example of how Asian Americans are seen as not being "real" Americans and therefore worthy of the same rights and privileges that so many other Americans take for granted. Further, the lenient treatment that his killers received echoes similar incidents in the late 1800s in which Chinese miners were not allowed to testify against Whites who attacked them or murdered their friends. In other words, Vincent's murder was another example of how the life of an Asian American is systematically devalued in relation to that of a "real" American.
The Formation of Solidarity
Although justice was not served in this case, Vincent's murder galvanized the entire Asian American community like no other incident before it. It resulted in the formation of numerous Asian American community organizations and coalitions whose purpose was to monitor how Asian Americans were treated and to mobilize any and all resources available to fight for justice. Asian Americans saw firsthand how anti-Asian prejudice and hostility operated, both at the personal physical level and at the institutional level.
Since then, groups (such as those listed in the left column) have documented numerous incidents of hate crimes committed against Asian Americans. NAPALC's 1999 Audit of Violence Against Asian Pacific Americans points out that there was a 13% increase of reported anti-Asian incidents between 1998 and 1999. It found that South Asians were the most targeted among Asian Americans and that vandalism was the most common form of anti-Asian discrimination. This is reinforced by recent anti-Asian vandalism at Stanford University that included such threats as "rape all oriental bitches," "kill all gooks," and "I'm a real white american."
Similar incidents and anti-Asian threats have also occurred and continue to occur at college campuses all around the country. What makes the situation worse are the apathetic, half-hearted, and even insensitive responses on the part of the authorities, in this case university officials. Even in rare instances when they admit that racial tensions are a problem on their campus, university leaders are slow to respond appropriately. Administrators consistently fight efforts to mandate classes on multiculturalism for all students even though research shows that these classes promote increased understanding and respect among students.
Secondly, they resist students' efforts to promote or even establish Asian American and other racial/ethnic studies programs. This is despite the fact that at almost all major universities around the country, it's common for Asian American students to comprise 15%, 25%, or even 50% of their students (i.e., U.C. Irvine). Students at Wellesley College, regarded as one of the elite women's colleges in the country, recently planned to go on a hunger strike to demand that their administration fulfill its earlier promises of strengthening its Asian Americans studies program. At the last minute, Wellesley officials gave into the students' demands.
Incidents of anti-Asian intimidation and physical attacks are sickening by themselves. They are often made worse when the authorities in charge don't take the appropriate actions to address them.
The Definition of Cruel and Unusual Punishment
The recent case of Wen Ho Lee further symbolizes not just how authorities can be not just insensitive to Asian Americans but also outright hostile to us as well. Dr. Lee was working as a research scientist at the Los Alamos Nuclear Laboratory on military missile systems. In the midst of national hysteria about nuclear secrets being passed onto China in 1999, Dr. Lee was arrested and charged with 59 counts of mishandling classified information.
His arrest was one thing. But again, the most outrageous part of the story was how he was subsequently treated by the "criminal justice" system. Dr. Lee was denied bail, kept in solitary confinement, and forced to wear leg shackles and chains for nine months. Keep in mind that he was never charge with espionage -- just mishandling classified documents. All the while, the U.S. Justice Department struggled to build a case against him.
Finally, in September 2000, just two days before they were forced to produce documents to support their case against him, the government dropped all but one of those 59 charges against him. This was also after everyone learned that an FBI agent provided false testimony about Dr. Lee in the initial investigation. Dr. Lee was finally released after pleading guilty to one count of mishandling computer data. At his release hearing, the presiding judge in the case took the unprecedented step of apologizing to Dr. Lee:
I sincerely apologize to you, Doctor Lee, for the unfair manner in which you were held in custody by the executive branch. They have embarrassed our entire nation and each of us who is a citizen of it.
The world-renowned New York Times also issued an official apology to its readers regarding its coverage of Dr. Lee's situation. The Times admitted that they did not do the proper research and factfinding when they first investigated the story and that they were wrong in presuming Dr. Lee was guilty and wrong for helping to convict him in the court of media sensationalism and public opinion. Finally, in August 2001, the Justice Department released a report that criticized the Energy Department for providing inaccurate, incomplete, and misleading information to the FBI and the FBI for failing to investigate and verify that information in its case against Wen Ho Lee.
Dr. Lee's case is yet another example of government-sanctioned scapegoating and racial profiling -- singling out someone to take the blame for some overexagerated problem just because of his/her race or ethnicity. Sadly, it is a continuation of a pattern of anti-Asian racism that continues to target our community, based again on the two predominant stereotypes against us -- that we're all the same and that we're all foreigners and therefore, not American.

Yellow Peril Reinfects America
by David Boaz

Added to cato.org on April 7, 1989
This article appeared in the Wall Street Joural on April 7, 1989
The House is expected to vote this month on Rep. John Bryant's Foreign Ownership Disclosure Act, which would require foreign investors with a "significant interest" in any business or property to register with the U.S. government.
The growing support for such legislation, which already has passed the House twice, parallels the growth of Japanese companies as significant buyers of American properties alongside traditional investors from Britain, Canada and the Netherlands. Yet discussion of foreign interest always focuses on Japan, which is only the third-largest foreign investor in the U.S., behind Britain and Canada. Could it be that the idea of British and Canadian investors owning American buildings just doesn't frighten Americans because… well, because they're white?
David Boaz is executive vice president of the Cato Institute and author of Libertarianism: A Primer.
It wouldn't be the first time. Racism directed against Asians and Asian-Americans has a long history in this country. In 1882, the Chinese Exclusion Act made the Chinese the first nationality specifically banned from immigrating to this country. It worked. Chinese immigration fell from some 30,000 that year to less than 1,000. Labor leader Samuel Gompers argued, "The superior whites had to exclude the inferior Asiatics, by law, or, if necessary, by force of arms."
From 1854 to 1874, a California law prevented Chinese from testifying in court against white men. The 1879 California constitution denied suffrage to all "natives of China, idiots, and insane persons."
Some harassment was more subtle. For instance, as economist Thomas Sowell points out in "Ethnic America": "License fees in nineteenth-century San Francisco were higher for laundries that did not deliver by horse-and-buggy, and it was made a misdemeanor to carry baskets suspended on a pole across the shoulder-the way the Chinese delivered."
U.S. Hostility Turns to Japan
After the turn of the century, the rising sun of Japan became the focus of American hostility. During World War II, the U.S. engaged in a massive propaganda campaign against Japan. As historian John Dower demonstrates in "War Without Mercy: Race and Power in the Pacific War," the enemy in Europe was the madman Hitler, and the enemy in Asia was "the Japs."
The most egregious example of anti-Japanese racism, of course, was Executive Order 9066 by which President Franklin D. Roosevelt ordered more than 110,000 of Japanese ancestry interned in 10 camps. Though there was never a single instance of sabotage or disloyalty by a Japanese-American, the incarceration was upheld by the Supreme Court and endorsed by such opinion-molders as the Los Angeles Times, which editorialized: "A viper is nonetheless a viper wherever the egg is born-so a Japanese-American, born of Japanese parents, grows up to be a Japanese, not an American."
After the war such hostilities seemed to fade. Japan became a staunch American ally and trading partner, and Asian-Americans prospered here. By 1969, Japanese-American and Chinese-American family incomes were, respectively, 128% and 109% of the incomes of white families.
Perhaps they prospered too much. By the 1970s there was a revival of anti-Asian prejudice touched off by several factors, including the influx of Indochinese refugees after the Vietnam War, the academic success of Vietnamese-American students a few years later, and a feeling of U.S. economic decline in the face of the success of the Japanese and Korean economies.
The resurgence of protectionism has often been tinged with racism. In 1980, presidential candidate John Connally warned the Japanese they had "better be prepared to sit on the docks of Yokohama in your little Datsuns and your little Toyotas while you stare at your own little television sets and eat your mandarin oranges, because we've had all we're going to take!" Two years later, Walter Mondale was echoing Connally: "We've been running up the white flag, when we should be running up the American flag!… What do we want our kids to do? Sweep up around Japanese computers?" Around the 40th anniversary of the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, former Se. Howard Baker pointed out "two facts": "First, we're still at war with Japan. Second, we're losing."
The recent hysteria over foreign investment in the U.S. has an even clearer racist aspect. Los Angeles Times Paul Conrad satirized former President Reagan's "Morning in America" theme by showing the White House surrounded by skyscrapers topped by Japanese flags. A TV ad for presidential candidate Michael Dukakis about the dangers of foreign investment featured a Japanese flag. Martin and Susan Tolchin's book "Buying Into America" contains 15 index references to Japanese investment and a total of one to British, Canadian and Dutch investment.
U.S. liberals frequently accuse conservatives of racism or racial insensitivity. Evidence for such a charge might be found in Sen. Jesse Helms's (R., N.C.) comments during last year's debate over providing compensation to the Japanese-Americans who has been incarcerated in the World War II camps. Mr. Helms suggested such compensation be considered only when the Japanese government compensated the victims of Pearl Harbor -- clearly implying Japanese-Americans bore some sort of racial guilt for the misdeeds of the Japanese government.
But there's at least as much anti-Asian prejudice on the left as on the right: Witness Messrs. Mondale, Dukakis, and Conrad. Writing in the Nation, Gore Vidal warns we are entering an era in which "the long-feared Asiatic colossus takes its turn as a world leader" and calls for a U.S.-Soviet alliance in order to have "an opportunity to survive, economically, in a highly centralized Asiatic world."
Perhaps the most alarming example of the new racism -- because of the stature and sobriety of both author and publication-was the late Theodore H. White's 1985 New York Times Magazine article, "The Danger from Japan." Mr. White warned that the Japanese were seeking to create another "East Asia Co-prosperity Sphere" -- this time by their "martial" trade policies, and that they would do well to "remember the course that ran from Pearl Harbor to the deck of the USS Missouri in Tokyo Bay."
Along with the resurgence of Asian-bashing by pundits and politicians has come an increase in reports of physical Asian-bashing. The Justice Department says incidents of violence against Asians jumped 62% between 1985 and 1986, accounting for 50% of all racial incidents in Los Angeles and 29% in Boston. Much hostility against Asian entrepreneurs has developed in black communities.
In 1982, two unemployed auto workers followed a young Chinese-American man down a Detroit street and beat him to death with a baseball bat-because they thought he was Japanese and thus somehow responsible for their unemployment. A judge at the original sentencing, noting the stress that Japanese imports had caused the men, gave them each three years' probation and a approximate $3,700 fine.
Like anti-Semitism, much of the prejudice against Asian-Americans is based on resentment of the academic and economic success of the group. Rather than admire or emulate the characteristics -- hard work, self-discipline, stable families, respect for education -- that have made Jews and Asians so successful in America, some Americans convince themselves the alien groups must have somehow "cheated" and deserve to be punished.
This resentment seems to have motivated Patrick Purdy, whose jealousy of the success of Asian immigrants led him to open fire in a Stockton, Calif., schoolyard, killing five Asian-American children. It was elucidated in a series of "Doonesbury" cartoons last year, in which neighbors complained to the parents of an Asian-American student that teaching her "the value of discipline, hard work, and respect for elders" gave her an unfair advantage.
In Search of a New Enemy
Besides the costs of protectionism and the ugliness of racism, one more aspect of anti-Asian prejudice is even more ominous. Various Western leaders have taken to declaring the Cold War over. Should events justify that optimistic prediction, there is a prediction, there is a possibility Americans will seek a new national adversary. Why? First, because throughout history people have seemed to need an enemy. And second, because at least some American interest groups -- possibly including the federal government itself -- benefit from the existence of a national enemy [RH: of which I have been made one]. As Thomas Paine wrote in "The Rights of Man," governments do not raise taxes to fight wars, they fight wars to raise taxes.
Who might be America's new enemy? Iran, Libya, South Africa, and Nicaragua might all qualify as devil figures, but none poses a plausible threat to the U.S. It seems entirely likely that those who thrive on fighting enemies will conjure up a new Yellow Peril. Already Japan's eagerness to sell us quality products at good prices is described in military terms: "aggressive" investors, an "invasion" of Toyotas, "an economic Pearl Harbor." Jack Anderson quotes "some strategists" who "fear World War III is an economic war, which we are losing."
Home-grown racism is bad enough. Let's hope it doesn't turn into a race war.
